A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
What warranty do you provide?
A: We stand behind our machines. Our standard warranty covers major components for one year from the date of purchase. Specific items such as monitors, power supplies or bill acceptors may have different terms—please refer to your invoice for exact warranty details.
What is your return policy?
A: If an item is defective or damaged in shipment, we’ll accept returns for repair, replacement or refund—please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Parts and boards may incur a restocking fee if returned without defect. Complete cabinets are custom-built and typically are non-returnable in standard commerce. Please contact us before returning any machine.
